Terms of Service

The service

AXIØM (“we”), operated by Blendmode, provides a governance layer in front of LLM APIs. You (“the customer”) sign up, receive API keys, and send requests to AXIØM, which forwards them to upstream providers under structural governance and returns governed responses. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials secret and for all activity under them. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been exposed; you can revoke keys at any time from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AXIØM to generate content that violates upstream provider policies (Anthropic, OpenRouter, HuggingFace) or applicable law, to attempt to bypass governance or quota controls, or to disrupt the service. You are responsible for the content of prompts you send and the downstream use of responses you receive.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Quota is metered per team; usage resets at the start of each calendar month UTC. Paid plans may include a free trial as disclosed at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service changes & availability

We may add, change, or remove features, models, and routing behavior over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and upstream provider outages are outside our control.

No warranty

AXIØM is provided as-is. We do not warrant that governed responses will be free of errors, that upstream providers will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Governance reduces certain classes of risk but is not a guarantee of correctness or safety. You assume the risk of deploying AXIØM-governed output in your own application.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to AXIØM in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using AXIØM and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for conduct that risks harm to the service or other customers. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your API keys stop validating.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL and notifying you by email. Continued use of AXIØM after notice constitutes acceptance.
